Are you thankful for your current situation? Are you grateful for every situation God allows you to experience?

Philippians 4:4-6 says, "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Isn't it easy to be thankful and rejoice when things are going our way and are enjoyable? What about when they are not? Aren't we to be grateful no matter what? When things don't go the way we think they should we get upset and frustrated yet God calls us to rejoice with prayer and thanksgiving.

So when we have a flat tire instead of cursing and being upset, we can praise God that we have a car for a flat tire to occur.

God is at work in every situation we go through and allows us to go through that experience no matter what. So what are you experiencing today that you can be thankful for, rejoice in, and praise God for?
